Shooting is a well known and widely enjoyed Olympic Sport with athletes from over 100 countries taking part in the shooting events at each Olympic Games India is first Olympic gold medal in the men's 10m air rifle at Beijing 2008 was the crowning glory in Abhinav Bindra's stellar sporting career, which includes a World Championship gold and multiple medals at the Commonwealth Games and the Asian Games. It has grown in India as We have done consistently well is past few years at world stage in this sport. There was a time when many view guns and rifles as dangerous, however, with time, it has been realized that it is not only a safe sport but helps in overall development of an individual.

VSCA Shooting Academy aims to make tumkur a Power House in Indian Shooting by Identifying grass root talents and develop them for National and International Competitions. We impart life skills like concentration, discipline, team-work and integrity in kids through right platform and conducive atmosphere. We promote culture of health and fitness through this sport.
